With over three decades of experience, Elizabeth Zaby holds the distinction of having Martindale Hubbell's highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standard as determined by members of the Bar and Judiciary. Currently focusing on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Probate Litigation including Trial and Appellate Law. She routinely handles Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Real Property and Grazing Leases, Small Businesses, Contracts, Planned Giving, Estate Planning documents, and Estates holding family owned businesses. In addition to her current focus, during her legal career, she has practiced in the fields of Corporate Law, Oil and Gas, Ranch and Farm Law, Construction Law, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, and Family Law; all of which now enhance her estate planning and probate practice. Her academic background includes a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. She is admitted to practice before several distinguished courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the State Bar of Texas. These admissions reflect her broad qualifications and ability to advocate at both the state and federal level.
