Legal Assistants/Paralegals
Legal assistants or Paralegals are responsible for helping the attorneys of the firm with daily duties. These include but are not limited to answering client phone calls and emails, regularly participating in teleconference calls, drafting numerous legal documents, conducting necessary research to aid attorneys with cases, billing clients, and filing documents with the court. Minimum requirements for this job include having previous Paralegal experience, 2 years of college (degree preferred), or 1 year of law office experience; strong organizational skills; ability to type 60+ words per minute; excellent verbal and written communication skills; posses a positive disposition and willingness to work with a team; demonstration of professionalism in dealing with attorneys and clients; and be dependable and punctual.

Legal Interns
Legal interns are responsible for maintaining the office environment and helping any staff with basic duties. These include but are not limited to organizing and filing documents, printing and copying documents, answering phones, restocking office supplies, and opening client files.
